Mission Statement

Human Resources is responsible for protecting and promoting the interests of the City in employee and labor relations, recruitments, risk management and employee wellness. Every effort is made to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, laws and acts. A wide range of support is provided at all levels of the organization. Staff also administers the health fund and the liability fund.
