Utility Deposit Refunds

Due to a recent change in the City’s Code of Ordinances, a total of 2,063 utility accounts received a refund of held water deposits in November. Rental properties and commercial properties were refunded by check, and residential properties occupied by the owner were refunded as a credit to the utility account.
Deposit refunds credited to the utility account will not be reflected as a line item on your subsequent quarterly cycle bill, but will be reflected within the balance due upon payment.
