5^th Avenue east of 19^th Street to 21^st Street

5^th Avenue Road Closure to begin Monday March 5^th at 7:00 A.M. 5^th Avenue will be closed at 19^th Street for construction related to the I-74 bridge project. Following construction 5^th Avenue will be closed permanently to vehicular traffic entering or exiting off of 19^th Street.
