Candidate filing forms for the 2019 Non-Partisan Municipal Elections are now available from the Moline City Clerk's Office, 619 16th Street – 2nd Floor and are due no earlier than Monday, November 19, 2018 and no later than Monday, November 26, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. For more information, please visit: https://www.moline.il.us/242/Municipal-Elections
