2020-2024 City of Moline's Consolidated Plan

Each year, as an entitlement community, the City receives approximately $700,000 in federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. These funds can be used for eligible activities in the areas of housing, economic development, public facilities, social services and planning. All funded activities must meet one of the following national objectives: assisting low and moderate-income households; eliminating or preventing slums or blight; or responding to an urgent need. This input helps provide insight on what is important to the community.

Please help the City of Moline determine its housing and community development needs by taking a few minutes to participate in our Community Needs Survey. All surveys must be completed by November 4th, 2019, for results to be included in the Consolidated Plan. If you have questions, please contact KJ Whitley, Community Development Program Manager, at 309.524.2044 or kwhitley@moline.il.us.
