Free mulch is available for pick up at the following parks:
Harold’s Landing (2500-2660 N Shore Drive)
Riverside Park (3400 5th Avenue)
Stephens Park (7th Street & 15th Avenue).
Citizens are encouraged to visit the parks to load and haul away free mulch for your house or business! Available on a first come first serve basis until gone.
