[ARCHIVED] Snow Routes in Effect

Snowy Park

Streets marked with signs indicating “Snow Route” are in effect. Vehicles must be moved from snow routes in order to provide for efficient snow removal. All vehicles parked on snow routes will be towed at the owner’s expense. Main streets, roads around emergency centers and schools take first priority with residential and side streets cleared once the priority routes have been done. Moline’s snow removal process is a 24 hour operation and snow routes will be in effect until all of the routes have been cleared. Drivers are strongly discouraged from driving during the snow fall unless absolutely necessary. Additionally, property owners are responsible for removing snow from sidewalks that border their property within 12 hours of a snowfall.
