[ARCHIVED] Moline Police Investigate Possible Stabbing

Moline Police Patrol Officers were called to 18th Street and 6th Avenue at approximately 4:30 AM to investigate a male subject attempting to open the doors of parked vehicles in the area.

Upon arrival Officers found a 28 year old male Hispanic suffering from three puncture wounds which appeared to be caused by a knife.

The subject was transported to Trinity West Hospital in Rock Island where he was admitted with non-life threatening injuries.

The Moline Police Department continues to investigate the incident. If anyone has information they are asked to call the Moline Police Detective Bureau 309.524.2140 or Crime Stoppers of the Quad Cities 309.762.9500.
