Individual disaster assistance is available to Moline and Rock Island County residents who were damaged by severe storms and flooding that occurred from April 16 to May 5, 2013. Other storm events, including heavy rains which occurred June 22-23, are NOT included in this disaster declaration.
Homes and businesses in flood hazard areas or those which flood frequently may be required to elevate, relocate, or demolish structures to prevent future loss.
