Just bring in a Valid Photo I.D., Birth Certificate of a child age 5 or younger (child must live with you or visit you), and your two most recent Pay Stubs to see if you qualify. If you or anyone in your household are pregnant, you may also qualify. Remember, no appointment is necessary! Spanish speaking staff will be available during each session.
