The City uses a five-year planning (period), known as the Consolidated Plan. The 2016 Annual Action Plan (AAP) represents the second chapter of the 2015-2019 Consolidated Plan. The AAP will become effective January 1, 2016. Please note, submittal of the 2016 AAP was delayed per CPD-16-01, which was issued on January 28, 2016.
The AAP is designed to help the City assess its affordable housing, community development needs and market conditions. The Consolidated Plan and AAP planning process also serves as the framework for a community-wide conversation to identify housing and community development priorities that align and focus funding from the CDBG.
