1. What can I expect my liquor license account to look like?

When filing your renewal, you will be required to provide attachments, such as a copy of your state liquor license, certificate of insurance, food sanitation manager certificate, and proof of officer changes.  Once all required information/documents have been submitted, you will make your renewal payment online. Note: Do not send paper copies of returns you have filed electronically.

Yes, by completing the City of Moline Change of Business/Corporate Name-Type-Address Form or the City of Moline Change of Corporate Officers/Shareholders of Corporation or LLC Form.

4. How much does a liquor license cost?

The cost of the license is dependent on its Classification.
