No. The housing assistance provided is for rehabilitation assistance for families / individuals who already own their home. Assistance is also available for down payment and closing costs for families / individuals wishing to purchase a home in the City of Moline. For Section 8 assistance, contact the Moline Housing Authority at 309.764.1819. For homeless assistance / emergency shelter assistance, please contact:
