Agendas are available for public review the Friday afternoon preceding the Council meeting. Agendas are posted at City Hall on the public bulletin board and are available outside Council Chambers. The Agendas and Minutes is also posted on the City's Website.

3. How do I apply for a liquor license?

To apply for a liquor license, please contact the City Clerk 619 16th Street, 309.524.2004. The initial steps in the process determine the eligibility of the location, owners and appointed liquor manager.  You will then complete the Liqour License application.
