Project includes sidewalk removal and replacement at various locations throughout the City of Moline. Work also includes ADA ramp installation, utility adjustments, and other miscellaneous work.
As per 820 ILCS 130/1, prevailing wages shall be required for this project.
Bid packages are available online only. Those wishing to retrieve the project plans and/or proposal should visit the City of Moline’s website via the link below and fill out the required form. Once the form is completed in its entirety, a pdf copy of the project documents will open. Please save this document to your personal hard drive, as once the pdf is closed, you will not be able to open it again.

Bids will be opened and publicly read at 11:00 a.m. on April 14, 2020. Bids received after this date and time will be discarded. Bidders shall submit their sealed bids to:

The submittal process will remain the same. Contractors shall deliver their sealed bids to the Public Works Building at 3635 4th Avenue before 11:00am on Tuesday. Upon arrival at the building, please call 309-524-2400. Someone will meet you at the door to collect your bid.
