The City is seeking bids for Job Number 1352: 2021 Sidewalk Program
Project work includes the removal & replacement of existing sidewalk, or the installation of new sidewalk, in locations throughout the City of Moline.
As per 820 ILCS 130/1, prevailing wages shall be required for this project.
Bid packages are available online only. Those wishing to retrieve the project plans and/or proposal should visit the City of Moline’s website via the link below and fill out the required form. Once the form is completed in its entirety, a pdf copy of the project documents will open. Please save this document to your personal hard drive, as once the pdf is closed, you will not be able to open it again.

Bids will be opened and publicly read at 11:00 am on Tuesday, March 9th, 2021. Bids received after this date and time will be discarded. Bidders shall submit their sealed bids to:
