The Neighborhood Partnership Committee (NPC presents the Neighbor of the Month award to one commercial and one residential property each month, May – October. The award is based on property improvements, exterior maintenance and overall beautification of the City. Nominations are accepted from city staff as well as the general public. Each winner is presented with a certificate and letter from the NPC Committee, and a traveling “Neighbor of the Month” sign to place in front of their property during the month.

Residents are encouraged to submit nominations for the “Neighbor of the Month” award to K.J. Whitley, Neighborhood Improvement Officer, 309-797-0443 or by e-mail to kwhitley@moline.il.us
