Automatic Payment Service
("Auto Pay")
The City of Moline is
pleased to offer its customers the convenience of our
Automatic Payment Service called "Auto Pay". The service is free, and customers
who enroll in the program enjoy the convenience of having
payments for their city utility bills automatically
withdrawn from their checking account, savings account,
credit card, or debit card each
quarter.
To enroll in the program,
simply complete an Authorization Card and return it to
the City of Moline Finance Office, 1630 - 8th Avenue, along with
a voided check or deposit slip.
You may also sign up
online and select
Pay Your City Utility Bill Online. Once you
set up your access, select the "Auto Pay" option to
enroll.
Or, you may call our finance office to set up "Auto Pay"
over the phone, 309-524-2070.
You will continue to
receive your quarterly water/sewer bills. The lower left
hand corner of the bill will read “Auto Pay – Do Not
Pay.”
Payment for the bill will
be automatically deducted from your checking account, savings
account, credit card, or debit card on the due date of the bill.
The authorization will
remain in effect until you terminate your water/sewer
service, or until you notify us to cancel the
"Auto Pay" service. Notice to cancel the automatic
payment must be submitted in writing to the City of Moline
Finance Office at least 10 business days
prior to the due date of your next bill or go online to
disable the "Auto Pay" service.
