Mission Statement:

The Finance Department provides customer service, accurate billing, and timely collection services to the citizens of Moline and provides financial services to City departments.

Description of Department and Services:

The Finance Department maintains the financial systems, records and functions of the City in accordance with applicable laws and procedures. The Department consists of two Divisions, Accounting and Customer Service, whose goal is to ensure accurate and efficient service to citizens, city departments, and local, state and federal agencies. A variety of services are available through the Customer Service Division, including water/sewer billing and service, business licenses, leased parking spaces, alarm permits and yard waste stickers. The annual financial report and the City's budget can also be found on the department's web pages. 

Office Hours:

The Finance Office is located at 1630 8th Avenue, Moline (Central Fire Station Building). Lobby hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.   A 24 hour drop box is located in the parking lot across from the building.
