Online City Utility Payment Service
Use your credit card to conveniently pay your city
utility bill online. There is no charge for this
service.
You may also view your payment
history, view current and past billing statements, view
consumption for the past three years and chart water usage
per day, month and year.
Once you sign up for
online city utility
payment, you will be asked to submit an e-mail request for
the service and provide your account number. Our finance
department will respond by e-mail and will issue an
“initial” pin number for you to use to complete the
registration process. You will receive this initial pin
within two business days of your e-mail request.
You
will continue to receive a paper bill by regular mail each
quarter. Registration simply allows you the option of
paying with a credit card via the Internet and viewing
your account online. The City accepts Visa, Mastercard,
American Express and Discover card. Other options available to Moline
customers for utility bill payment include
Automatic
Payment Service or payment in person or
by mail.
