Moline Division Court Information
Moline Traffic, Misdemeanor and Ordinance Violation Cases
As of
August 11, 2008, the Circuit Court for the Fourteenth Judicial
Circuit, Rock Island County, Traffic Division, will be
administering the City of Moline's traffic and criminal
misdemeanor cases, prosecuted by the State's Attorney's office,
309-558-3250; and the City' s ordinance violation cases,
prosecuted by the City Attorney's office, 309-524-2012.
Where do I Appear for Court?
The Rock Island County Courthouse, 210 15th Street, Rock Island,
just SOUTH of the Centennial Bridge. Moline Division court
hearings are held on the first floor of this building in
Courtrooms 101 and 103.

The Payment Hearing Officer is available at 8:30 and 10:30 on
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
The Rock Island County Courthouse is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30
p.m. Monday through Friday. It is closed on all Rock Island
County Holidays.
