General Information:
The Moline Activity Center offers programs for older
adults who are Active for Life. Membership in the MAC is
open to retired and semi-retired persons of the Quad
Cities and surrounding communities, and it is a great way
to enjoy activities, make new friends, and show community
spirit.
The MAC offers:
Dances, luncheons, picnics, cards, bingo & games
Motorcoach Trips to dinner theaters, sports & concerts
Local trips to special events
Arts & crafts; Craft Fair
Community support projects
Slow & Easy Exercise class and monthly dances
Bridge lessons, oil painting lessons, craft classes
Book Club and Investment Club
Golf outings and entertainment
Hit movies
Free income tax assistance for seniors

$30.00 Annual Membership Fee Non-Residents
MAC Computer Center:
Come and experience the MAC Computer Center, winner of the
2001 Governors Home Town Award.
The MAC Computer Center was established in 2000 with a
gift of $25,000 from Heritage Report Corp. of Washington,
D.C. and offers computer classes both during the day and
in the evenings. The classes are open to the public (you
do not have to be a member of the MAC), and include:
Internet, Photos and Scanning, Greeting Cards, Travel and
Tips, Genealogy, Spreadsheets and much more. Please phone

information.
Computer labs and Internet access are free for MAC
members.
