Single Family Home Property Tax Rebate Program
Construction of new housing is
important to the vitality of our community. As a
way to encourage residential development, the City of
Moline has implemented the Single Family Home
Property Tax Rebate Program. Through this
new program, the City will rebate a percentage of the
City's portion of a newly constructed home's annual
property tax bill. The program is available to
homes in new subdivisions as well as homes built on
existing lots within the City.
