Home Ownership Assistance
The City’s Department of
Planning and Development provides homebuyer assistance
through activities and programs offered by the Community
Development Division. Specifically, community seminars
on home-buying and homeownership-related issues are
typically offered to the public once or twice a year.
Additionally, the Department’s Grant Coordinator provides individual
counseling and referrals on matters pertaining to
purchasing and maintaining a home. For more information,
