1. How do I schedule a large brush pickup?

Large Piles of brush and limbs that are not bundled will be picked up after prepayment of the $140 collection fee is made at the Moline Finance Office, 1630 - 8th Avenue. Residents should stack the pile neatly - not under any low wires or next to trees or poles. There is no limit to the size of the pile, but limbs that are 4 inches in diameter is the maximum. 2. Does the City charge for a small brush/twigs pickup?

The City of Moline will pick up small piles of brush and twigs that are bundled, at no charge to the resident. Brush trimmings or tree limbs are to be tied in bundles less than 4 feet in length and 1 foot in diameter and will be picked up weekly. 3. Can I burn yard waste?

The burn ban includes leaves, tree branches, and grass clippings. To report an illegal burn within the city, contact the Moline Fire Department non-emergency line at 309.797.0401. For more information, see the Burn Ban page.
