  • 2 Occurences per year
  • Maximum of 72 consecutive hours
  • Take place on private property of one of the participants
  • Merchandise & display units must be removed from outside at the conclusion of sale
  • Items sold must be excess household goods and not items acquired or produced for resale

Signage

  • Must be placed on private property only - no right-of-way
  • Placed no more than 3 days prior to sale
  • Removed no more than 48 after sale is over
