Special Events
Any event that requires use of City property or public right-of-way is considered a special event.
Special Event Requirements:
- Special Event Application Completed at least 60 days prior to event - Application
- $50.00 fee made payable to City of Moline
- Insurance listing City of Moline as Certificate Holder
- Exact route or site plan determined at the time of application
