Temporary Closure of 16th Avenue between 3rd Street
and 3rd Street A

Moline, IL – 16th Avenue between 3rd Street and 3rd
Street A will be closed on Wednesday, October 26 for
water and sewer service work. Eastbound traffic will be
redirected South to 17th Avenue. Westbound traffic will
be redirected North to 15th Avenue. 3rd Street south of
16th Avenue will also be blocked at 16th Avenue. Detour
signs will be posted to guide motorists.
16th Avenue may remain closed through Wednesday,
November 2 for street patching following the water and
sewer work.
