Moline’s 7th Street will open to traffic beginning at 3 pm today, November 23. There will be periodic day time lane closures for the remainder of the construction season so that crews may continue to work on sidewalks, grading and sodding.

Final completion of the 7th Street project will be in the Spring of 2006, weather permitting.
