Free Housing Education Seminar

The City of Moline in conjunction with T. S. Financial, US Bank, Quad City Bank & Trust and First Midwest Bank will host a Free Housing Education Seminar from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., Saturday, October 29 at the V.F.W. Hall located at 1721 - 7th Street , Moline. The public is invited to attend.

This seminar will focus on topics such as: current homebuyer programs available, type of loans available with no down payment required, credit reports, predatory lending, homebuyer counseling, the City of Moline Home Improvement Program, American Dream Down payment Initiative Program and the First Time Homebuyer Program. Spanish speaking interpreters will be available.

There will be a raffle, children’s activities and complimentary continental breakfast. Free childcare will be available.
