2005 Halloween Trick or Treat Hours in Moline

The official 2005 Halloween "Trick or Treat" hours, as recommended by the Rock Island County Police Chiefs and Sheriff, will be Monday, October 31st from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Parents are asked to schedule their children's Halloween treat collecting activities only during those hours, and to ensure that their children are dressed in very visible costumes or clothing and are well supervised. "Trick or Treators" should wear highly reflective costumes, and carry flashlights and/or light sticks. Moline Police Department DARE Officers are distributing BEAST Busters light sticks in schools to kindergarten through 4th grade students.
