Road Construction - 41st Avenue Drive at 7th Street

The City of Moline will be repairing a storm water catch basin at the intersection of 41st Avenue Drive and 7th Street beginning on Monday, May 17, 2010, weather permitting. To minimize the amount of time it will take to replace the catch basin and to expedite the construction, the entrance to 41st Avenue Drive will be closed. The exit onto 7th Street from 41st Avenue Drive will remain open, but will be reduced to one exit lane instead of two.

Motorists are encouraged to use 43rd Avenue and 10th Street Drive as an alternate entrance while the construction work is being performed.

The construction is scheduled to be complete by Friday, May 21st. The contractor for the project is Centennial Contractors.
