The developer, Heart of America is proposing to develop 55 market rate apartments and an attached public/private parking structure at the former Collector's Center site. Construction is projected to begin in the summer/fall of 2018 with anticipated occupancy summer of 2019, however, this project is in the early stages and the above image is for illustration purposes only.
