All pet owners living in the City of Moline are required to obtain an annual pet tag for their dogs and cats. Pet owners must have a copy of a current rabies vaccination certificate to purchase a tag. Tags may be purchased from the Rock Island County Animal Shelter located at: 4001 78th Ave Moline, IL 61240
