Traffic and Misdemeanor Violations

  • All tickets issued by the Moline Police Department for traffic and misdemeanor violations are set for hearing before a judge at the Rock Island County Courthouse. These violations are prosecuted by the State’s Attorney’s office, 309.558.3250. View State’s Attorney’s website.

Court Schedule

Monday:Traffic first appearances
Tuesday:Traffic and criminal misdemeanor bench trials
Wednesday:Traffic and criminal misdemeanor, pre-trial conferences and bench trials
Thursday:Ordinance violation first appearances, pre-trial conferences and bench trials, 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
Friday:Fine payment hearings. The Payment Hearing Officer is available at 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., Mondays Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Court Hours
