The City of Moline Police Department and Public Works Department will have staff working to help ease the congestion of the expected higher traffic volume this weekend. Public Works staff will be stationed at Green Valley Sports Complex and Farm and Fleet in order to coordinate traffic issues with motorists attending sporting events. City staff will be using handheld controllers and will monitor conditions and respond, as necessary. Police Officers will be assigned to the Green Valley Sports Complex and John Deere Road area for traffic assistance. Due to flooding the Veterans Parkway route is closed.
