[ARCHIVED] Report Issues through Resident Request

Resident Request

Do you need to report a pothole, snow/ice removal, or request a sanitation/recycling cart size change? Resident Request is an application that allows our residents, businesses, and visitors the opportunity to report non-emergency related issues to the City. You can use Resident Request via the Web or your mobile phone. Issues can be brought directly to the responsible department.

The resident request button is located on our homepage and at the bottom of every page of our website. Issues can be submitted by clicking on resident request or this image.

Simply choose topic, enter address/location, describe issue or questions in detail, and submit the request. Confirmation emails will be sent after requests are received and once the issue has been resolved.

Please note requests are not monitored on a 24/7 basis and are addressed during business hours. If you have an emergency, please call 911.
