The City of Moline invites family members of all Neighborhood Partnership Groups, Adopt-a-Street, Adopt-a-Park, Neighborhood Watch groups, Crime Stoppers, Keep Moline Beautiful and elected officials to the 15th Annual Volunteer Appreciation Picnic.
