Involvement in one of the largest sporting events of the year!
All Volunteers are asked to attend a volunteer meeting, date and location TBA. Volunteer t-shirts will be distributed at the meeting. If you cannot attend, you will need to check-in on-site on the day you are volunteering to receive your t-shirt.
Announcers
Announcers are needed for bracket play Friday, August 1- Sunday, August 3, 2014. Announcers will read the line-up and announce batters over the PA during the game.
Parking Attendants
Parking Attendants will assist visitors with parking in our main lots and provide direction to alternate lots. Some will also help transport fans in need of assistance to the gates utilizing golf carts.
Score Keepers
Score Keepers are needed for bracket play Friday, August 1- Sunday, August 3, 2014 and will keep the official books of the tournament. Volunteers in these roles need to have a knowledge of the game of softball and attention to detail.
Admission Gate Workers
Gate Workers will monitor gates to ensure visitors are ticketed and do not bring in prohibited items.
