1. What is the City's policy on graffiti?

The City of Moline has deemed graffiti to be a public nuisance and subject to abatement and punishment as defined in Chapter 21, Section 21-1100(19), Moline Code of Ordinances. Property owners are responsible for removing graffiti from their property.

Report graffiti by calling the police non-emergency number 309.797.0401. Staff is on duty 24 hours per day, 7 days a week to take the report.
