Can I use vinyl or metal siding on my building? What about colors?
In industrial, business, and office districts only wood or fiber cement (engineered) siding is allowed on the front facade and at the main building entrance. Vinyl siding is not allowed at these locations but may be utilized on the sides and rear of a building.

Corrugated metal wall panels/siding and plywood wall panels/siding are not allowed on any building facade. High quality architectural metals and engineered wood or masonry panels may be allowed with review and approval from the zoning administrator.

Primary red, yellow, and blue colors are prohibited as a wall and roofing color on all building facades in residential districts and also prohibited as a roofing color in office districts.
