To apply for a liquor license, please contact the City Clerk 619 16th Street, 309.524.2004. The initial steps in the process determine the eligibility of the location, owners and appointed liquor manager. You will then complete the Liqour License application.

To obtain a building permit, please visit the Inspections Division located at the Municipal Services Center Building at 3635 4th Avenue, Moline or call 309.524.2370. Permits can be obtained Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m. These permits include Building, Plumbing, Electrical, Heating and Food.
Residents can meet with inspectors personally in the office from 7:00 am to 8:00 am and 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm. The inspectors are in the field performing inspections the rest of each day.
Unless otherwise posted, Committee-of-the-Whole meetings are held Tuesdays at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers of City Hall, 619 16th Street, with the City Council meeting immediately following.
