***Effective January 1, 2023 there will be a new procedure for bid submission and bid openings*** 

The delivery of bid submissions and bid openings, will be held at the City Clerks office, located on 2nd Floor of the Moline City Hall, at 619 16th Street, Moline, IL 61265.  

Effective January 1, 2023 City of Moline Engineering Department has updated its Supplemental Specifications. You may find the revised Moline Supplement Specifications at the City of Moline's Engineering Department website or by using the QR code in the link attached to this posting.
