The City is seeking bids for Job Number 1420 – 2023 Sidewalk Program  

Project work includes installing sidewalk in 3 locations in Moline, and also removal and replacement of existing sidewalk panels and ADA ramps in various locations throughout Moline.  Work also includes modifications to the traffic signal at 7^th Street and 41^st Avenue Drive.

As per 820 ILCS 130/1, prevailing wages shall be required for this project.

Bid packages are available online only.  Those wishing to retrieve the project plans and/or proposal should visit the City of Moline’s website via the link below and fill out the required form.  Once the form is completed in its entirety, a pdf copy of the project documents will open.  Please save this document to your personal hard drive, as once the pdf is closed, you will not be able to open it again.

Bids are due, and will be opened and publicly read at 11:00 a.m. on February 14^th, 2023 in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, Second Floor.  Bids received after this date and time will be discarded.  Bidders shall submit their sealed bids to
