The City is seeking bids for Job Number 23-00000-01-GM – 2023 Asphalt Maintenance Program 

Project work includes the milling and shaping of existing sealcoat pavement, and placement of 1.5” or 2” PHMA surface.

As per 820 ILCS 130/1, prevailing wages shall be required for this project.

Bid packages are available online only.  Those wishing to retrieve the project plans and/or proposal should visit the City of Moline’s website via the link below and fill out the required form.  Once the form is completed in its entirety, a pdf copy of the project documents will open.  Please save this document to your personal hard drive, as once the pdf is closed, you will not be able to open it again.
