The City is seeking bids for Job Number 1422: 2023 Sewer Lining Program
Project work includes installation of CIPP liners in existing sanitary and storm mains in various locations in the City of Moline.
As per 820 ILCS 130/1, prevailing wages shall be required for this project.
Bid packages are available online only. Those wishing to retrieve the project plans and/or proposal should visit the City of Moline’s website via the link below and fill out the required form. Once the form is completed in its entirety, a pdf copy of the project documents will open. Please save this document to your personal hard drive, as once the pdf is closed, you will not be able to open it again.

Bids are due, and will be opened and publicly read at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 6th, 2023 in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, Second Floor. Bids received after this date and time will be discarded. Bidders shall submit their sealed bids to:
